Karolina

Karolina, Karolek, Karolcia, Caro, Carrot, Pchełka… these are but a few names my friends and family call me. My friends and family are the most important thing to me, except Guduś that is (he told me to write this :D). I can’t imagine my life without my sisters Iza and Martusia and my Mum Gosia.

Couple of years ago I have set my mind on becoming a teacher. Since then I do nothing else but study and study and study… Hopefully one day I'll learn all I need to know :D Apart from learning I love to eat, sleep, Caffee Late with loads of sugar and vine, a lot of vine ;) which most of you already know.

Guduś is my little troublemaker who has tons of ideas so it's impossible to be bored. He has managed to persuade mi into riding a bike, which I never liked. I am his little troublemaker cause I always distract him when he is doing something important :D and I also have loads of ideas… things for him to do :D like restoring an old bike within couple of days before a camping trip…

He is my better half. I have learnt many things from him and I’m sure there’s more to come ( he did not make me write this :D) We are never bored when we are together, we almost never fight and I hope it will stay this way forever.

Tomasz

As you all know I’m a very modest, quiet and sophisticated young man. At least I was before I met Karolina :D Throughout the last nearly 10 years (9 years and 11 months on the day of the wedding) I have managed to get into Karolina’s black book for all possible reasons. I must do something right though since she still wants to marry me (at the moment that is ;) I’m sure it’s not loundry. You shrink two jumpers and you’re banned for life, I guess I'll have to learn to live without this chore ;) :D

I play with computers for a living so I have decided some time ago that I’ll build this website. How hard can it be? - he says :D If you are still reading this it’s not that bad I suppose, although this is the first tab…

Usually at this point other couples write about their interests… what am I not interested in?! :D just ask Karolina how many hobbies do I have… each for 5minutes :x just don’t tell her.

What sort of person am I you all know... Things you might not know and you might find usefull are that my Mum’s name is Teresa, Dad’s is Eugeniusz (Gienek). I also have a brother – Sebastian. I had a dog when I was a child but it died :D :( Oh… my Mum has a cat that I’m allergic to and she doesn’t want to get rid of it :/

How we met...

We have met on the 15th September 2007 at our mutual friend's party. It took us a week to fianlly go out on a proper date. We went for a romantic stroll in the Richmond Park.

"I have met Karolina and her mum at the same party. I know everyone says this but no way in hell they looked like mother and daughter. Karolina looked like she was 15 so imagine my surprise when she asked her "mum" for a drink"

Proposal

We went to Croatia in August 2013. After long six years together Tomasz had a canning plan to propose. He was carrying the ring on him all the time, even while swimming in the sea, waiting for the right moment. When finally one morning Tomasz proposed... guess what? the box was still a little bit wet !

Maid of Honor – Martusia

Martusia is cool. What else can we say. She’s the most laid back person we know. Nothing gets to her. Example: Due to Tomasz’s dark sense of humor a lot people call her Sierściuch (rough translation - Furball). You think she was bothered by it at least once?

Marta is making this world beautiful for a living. At least the female part of humanity.

She loves hugs ! Go for it if you don’t believe us ;)

Best Man – Adrian

Adrian… that sounds so wrong, we have known him as Dziki (translates to "The Wild One") ‘all our lives’. He is an extremely positive and funny person. Husband to Iwona and a father of two amazing and hansom little troublemakers Ksawery and Nikodem. He is an entrepreneur.

There’s not a thing you could not talk to Dziki about. We love his unique sound effects when he tells a story.
